Careers
Small team, real responsibility
We are a small studio building digital work for schools, churches, hospitals, government agencies, and businesses across Nigeria. When we hire, we hire people who want to own something rather than be assigned a ticket.
Real work, from day one
Prolink is small. There is no bench and no shadowing period — you will be on a live project in your first fortnight, with someone reviewing your work rather than doing it for you.
You talk to the client
We do not put a layer of account managers between the people building something and the people paying for it. You will hear what a school registrar actually needs, in their words, and that changes how you build.
Breadth, not a narrow lane
Across six services and seven sectors, most people here end up doing more than the job title implies. If you want to stay strictly in one discipline forever, this is probably the wrong place.
Why Prolink
What working here is actually like
No perks list. These are the things that genuinely differ from a larger agency, including the ones that will not suit everybody.

Honest scope, honest hours
We tell clients what a project actually takes rather than what they hope to hear. The point of that is not just ethics — it is what stops a delivery date from becoming somebody's weekend.
Work that stays live
Most of what we build is still running and still maintained. You will see your own decisions age, which is the only real way to learn which ones were good.
Remote-friendly, Nigeria-based
We work remotely and meet when it helps. We hire in Nigeria and work with clients here and abroad, so timezone overlap is a practical consideration rather than a policy.

We're Not Actively Hiring Right Now
There are no open positions today. We are a small team and we hire when a project genuinely needs another pair of hands, not on a schedule — so this page is quiet more often than it is busy.
If that changes, the roles appear here first. In the meantime, the talent network below is not a formality: it is the list we actually go through before we advertise anything.

Send us your details anyway
Tell us what you do and leave a CV. When something opens up in your area, we look here first. We read every submission, and we will not add you to a mailing list.
Questions
Working with us
Sometimes, but only when there is someone with the time to actually supervise. Taking on a junior and leaving them to figure it out is worse than not taking them at all, so we would rather say no than do that badly.
Mostly. We work remotely by default and meet in person when a project or a client genuinely calls for it. We hire in Nigeria, and we expect enough timezone overlap for real-time conversation during the working day.
A person reads it — not a filter. If your area matches something we are likely to need, we will say so. If we have nothing on the horizon, we will tell you that too rather than leaving you waiting on a reply that is not coming. Your details stay with us and are never sold or shared.
