Overview
Most people visiting a church website are asking three questions: when are services, where exactly is it, and what happens when I get there. A surprising number of church sites make at least one of those hard to find.
The second reality is that church communications are usually volunteer-run. A site that requires technical confidence to update will fall out of date the moment the person who understood it steps back.
We build for both: the essential information immediately visible, and everything that changes weekly manageable by whoever is available.
The problem
Challenges churches face
These are the patterns we see repeatedly in this sector. If they sound familiar, that is the point.
- 01
Service times and location buried
The single most-searched information on any church site is often several clicks deep, or listed on a page that has not been updated since the schedule changed.
- 02
First-time visitors do not know what to expect
Someone considering attending wants to know how long it lasts, what people wear, whether there is provision for children, and where to park.
- 03
Volunteer-run communications
Whoever maintains the site does it alongside everything else, and the role changes hands. Anything complicated stops being updated.
- 04
Sermons and media with nowhere to live
Recordings end up scattered across social platforms with no reliable archive anyone can search.
- 05
A congregation spanning every age group
The site has to work for someone in their twenties on a phone and someone in their seventies on a tablet, without either finding it difficult.

Questions
Churches — common questions
More questions are answered on our FAQ page.
That is the design goal. Weekly-changing content is set up to be as close to filling in a form as possible, and we leave written documentation behind so a handover does not mean starting from scratch.
Yes. We can embed streams from the platform you already use and build a proper archive so past sermons remain findable rather than disappearing down a social feed.
Yes. Event listings and registration forms are straightforward to include, whether that is a conference, a programme, or a regular midweek meeting.
We can link clearly to whichever giving platform you use. We do not process payments ourselves, which keeps financial data with a provider set up to handle it securely.
