Branding

A visual identity that signals you are the real thing.

Overview

For a lot of organizations, the brand is doing quiet damage. A logo assembled years ago in whatever tool was available, five slightly different versions in circulation, and materials that look like they came from five different organizations.

That inconsistency reads as carelessness to people deciding whether to trust you — parents choosing a school, patients choosing a clinic, a procurement officer reviewing vendors.

We build a coherent identity: a logo that works at every size, a defined palette and type system, and written guidelines so your team can produce on-brand materials without coming back to us for every flyer.

Technologies we use

  • Figma
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Vector and print-ready formats
  • Brand guideline documentation

We list only what we actually work with. If your project needs something outside this, we will tell you rather than learn on your budget.

What's included

Key features

What you get as part of branding work with us.

  • Logo and identity design

A primary logo plus the variants you will actually need — horizontal, stacked, icon-only, single-colour — supplied in formats that work in print and on screen.

  • Brand guidelines

A written document covering colour values, typography, spacing, logo usage, and the mistakes to avoid, so consistency survives staff changes.

  • Collateral and templates

Letterheads, business cards, presentation templates, and social media templates your team can fill in themselves.

  • Digital brand assets

Favicons, social profile images, email signatures, and correctly-sized assets for every platform you are on.

Questions

Branding — common questions

More questions are answered on our FAQ page.

Not necessarily. If your logo has recognition and works technically, a refresh of the surrounding system — colour, typography, layout — often achieves more than a redesign. We will tell you which situation you are in.

Vector source files, exports in the formats you will actually use day to day, and a written guidelines document. Everything is yours to keep and reuse without restriction.

Yes, and it usually should be. Sequencing branding before design means the website launches with the new identity applied consistently rather than being retrofitted afterwards.

It depends on scope and how quickly feedback comes back — approval cycles, not design work, are usually the longest part. We agree a timeline in the proposal once we know who needs to sign off.
